2. Verification of Credentials
We may terminate your access to the services at any time if we are unable to verify your credentials, or if we find that you are not authorised to avail of the services.
3. Service Requirements
The customer is required to carry a photo-identification card, a copy of the invoice, and the Order ID or transaction number when visiting the Lab or availing Home Service. All pre-test requirements (e.g., fasting guidelines) must be strictly followed.
4. Risk & Liability
You assume full risk and responsibility for the information or reports you provide to us. WINPATH DIAGNOSTICS is not responsible or liable for any claim, loss, or liability arising from the use of your information.
5. Ownership, Privacy & Rich SMS
WINPATH DIAGNOSTICS is the sole owner of the information on the website. We will not sell, share, transfer, or rent any personal information to others except as disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Rich SMS Consent: Your phone number may be used by WINPATH DIAGNOSTICS to send RCS/SMS messages for transactional, informational, or promotional purposes. Your data is securely stored and never shared with third parties. You can withdraw consent anytime by contacting our support team.
6. Pricing, Cancellations & Modifications
WINPATH DIAGNOSTICS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, whether or not it has been confirmed or paid. Payments for canceled orders will be credited back within 15 working days. Modifying or canceling an order is subject to prescribed cancellation charges. Payment of the price is the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Refund Policy
Any accruing refunds shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the valid cancellation request.
